Employee Stock Option Plans (ESOPs) motivate startup employees by aligning their incentives with the growth of the business. The speaker, Mr Cliff Lui, will introduce the scheme from a startup perspective and things to watch out for.

Mr. Cliff Lui is the Managing Associate of Addleshaw Goddard and he is advising companies on their series A/B/C equity financing, associated debt raises and with investors working on the other side of the table.
